Storehouse Development exists to help provide support and offer solutions for low to moderate-income individuals and families that maximize independence and dignity and foster community.
Our vision is to grow into a successfully funded regional community development corporation, with annual funding of at least $500k on or before 2030. We aim to offer career, economic, and language training, preventative health and community events, and affordable housing opportunities to low and moderate-income citizens.
Storehouse Development was founded in 2024 by Sherman and Sadell Bradley. The CDC began as a response to the growing need for support services for disenfranchised and underserved individuals and families in our area. Over the years, we hope to expand our reach and impact, to serve hundreds and even thousands of individuals annually.
